Hi, Neighbors! It’s been a glorious week of spring weather, which brings lots of people walking around our District!

If you’ve walked around, you’ve noticed our colorful sidewalk signs, letting people know they’re in the Warehouse District. These will be up all summer and fall. Speaking of fall, SAVE THE DATE for the 2013 Wander the Warehouse District. It will be Sunday, September 15. Back by popular demand, Wander will team up with Oktoberfest at The Oliver House for a double-dose of great events in one day.

Please mark your calendars for our May meeting. The time and location have changed due to a Mud Hens noon game. So, we are having BREAKFAST at Grumpy’s: 8:30 am on May 21. This is a confirmed location, so you can count on it!

Until then, see you around the neighborhood!

Clean-Up Thanks!

Posted: March 25, 2013 in Uncategorized

Wow, do we feel spic and span! Thanks SO much to the 50 volunteers who came out on Saturday to clean up our neighborhood! We were able to scour the entire Warehouse District and pick up trash by the bagful. Thanks to these groups also for their contributions:

Downtown Latte provided free coffee and cookies to get the day started.
Ye Olde Durty Bird provided free appetizers when the workers finished.
STS Management picked up the full trash bags.

It was a great neighborhood event, and now we are ready for spring visitors…except, where’s the spring weather??
