Happy Belated Memorial Day! The Warehouse District was abuzz with activity as Flower Day lasted all weekend at the Farmers’ Market. Hope you had a chance to stop by.
This email is a combination apology and explanation…for the past few months, we have heard from a few people that they haven’t received all of our e-mails. We diligently checked our email list and found the correct address on file, so we figured the SPAM monster was at work. When we kept hearing it, we dug in a little more and discovered that several email addresses were marked Invalid in our database. Long story short, we are working through the technical reasons that caused this…we believe one is the large graphics that we use as our background. (You’ll notice that this email doesn’t have those graphics!)
In any event, if your email was one that got marked Invalid, our sincerest apologies. You have been missing the latest news of the Warehouse District, and we regret it. We pride ourselves on frequent communication to the greater community, so it was disappointing to us that we fell short with some people.
Remember that our website and Facebook has lots of news on it. Our blog is a link on our home page and contains the same content as our emails. Use whichever method works best for you!
We very much appreciate your interest in the Warehouse District. The support you have provided us over the last several years is the reason why we are such a strong association. There are many worthwhile organizations in town that vie for your attention. We thank you for your support.
P.S. Also, a reminder about our June monthly meeting. It is at The Café at the Oliver House on June 18 at noon. Please RSVP with us by June 14. Hope to see you there!
